Core Track courses at CLT are designed to give you three quality hours of learning, networking, and hands on techniques specifically designed for your particular ministry area. Choose the core conference that best relates to your primary church ministry. You will attend this conference for the three "Core Conference" sessions.  (9:30, 10:40, and 2:25)

Leaders & Laity Leading Together for Effective Ministry

A misunderstanding of our ministry roles hinder many churches from engaging in the ministry that we are called to do. If we are to engage the world, there needs to be a refocus on the Scriptural model for the Leaders & Laity's role in working together. This will encourage unity and foster respect for each ministry. Session 1. A Place to Begin: Why, Who, What, How, and WhereWhy start new churches, who can be a church planter, what kinds of churches can be planted, how to know when you are ready for the challenge, and where you can go for help in getting started.

Session 2.Working Together: Developing Partners and Teams for the JourneyThis session highlights various ways to develop helpful teams within a sending congregation and find partner churches to work and pray along side of them. We will also discuss how planters gather core groups that can help accelerate the start of new churches.

Session 3  Developing a PlanThis process oriented session helps sending churches and the planters they deploy begin to address practical issues that help make dreams become real.
